Brandon Kneupper - Partner/Co-Founder/Broker
Partner and Co-Founder Brandon Kneupper, CCIM, has been in the real estate industry since 2006. He started his career in banking as an analyst and then a Commercial Real Estate lender focusing on all types of commercial real estate. Brandon took that experience and successfully transitioned to real estate brokerage and investment. Brandon graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Finance and an MS in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Other achievements include obtaining a CCIM Designation and graduating from the RECSA Leadership Program. Brandon is also on the CCIM SA Board and active in RECSA.
Joshua Dym - Partner/Co-Founder/Broker
Partner and Co-Founder Joshua C. Dym has been active in the real estate industry since 2005 and received his broker’s license in 2009. Joshua has a vast knowledge of the real estate industry ranging from investments, development, entitlement work, brokerage, and acting in an advisory role for clients. Joshua’s family has been involved in San Antonio real estate since the early 1980’s, and he has two siblings in the real estate industry in Dallas. Joshua graduated from the University of Arizona in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in Political Science. Joshua is a graduate of the downtown Rotary Club U40 leadership class as well as the Real Estate Council of San Antonio’s U40 leadership program. He remains a member of both Rotary and RESCA as well as being an active mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas.
